Weeki Wachee Heated Pool Mermaid Retreat

Hello. We hope you have a great stay at our fully renovated Mermaid Retreat. In order to best serve our guests, we ask all guests to read the rules and ask if you have any questions. NO PETS and NO SMOKING! Hernando County's noise ordinance is from 10PM to 7AM. Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. All times are Eastern Standard. Please leave our property at checkout as followed: -Strip used beds and leave sheets on top of bed - Place all used towels on bathroom floor - Run a final load of dishes and place any hand washed dishes in the counter top rack - Please keep the house locked when you are not there. This includes the front door, slider door, and the door near the pool which leads to the master bedroom. - All bonfires must be completely extinguished before you go to bed or leave the house. - Absolutely nothing is to be put in the pool or hot tub. This includes drinks, food, hair dye, and other products that can destroy and harm our property. - No glass or glass bottles in the pool area Please note: Our pool is enclosed via a screened structure. However, this does not prevent unsupervised children or inebriated adults from drowning. Please supervise all children at all times and observe good judgement with adults around the pool and hot tub. We want our guests to have fun and be safe. Driveway parking only. Absolutely no garage parking and guests are NOT allowed to open the garage door at any time. No guest access to shed. We provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, and hand & dish soap. Shopping is conveniently located on 50 or US 19. A full inventory is taken before and after each guest. This includes kitchenware, towels, bedding, decorations, etc. Please note: If you wish to have the pool heated it's $25 a day for reservations less than 6 night and $100 for each week. If you wish to have the pool heated it takes up to 72 hours to heat so you must notify us before your arrival in time for us to turn it on. For bookings within the 72 hour window, please send a message to inquire if pool heater is already on due to another guest. Pool heating is for your entire stay and cannot be on a per day basis. We do not charge for the hot tub heat or gas grill propane. Thank you.
